She was predeceased by: her parent Clifford Powell. She is survived by: her parent Marian Powell; her children, Robert Misner, Jr., Barbara Stiehl and Beth Misner (David); her grandchildren, Brittany Stiehl, Alyssa Stiehl, Samantha Stiehl, Paige Lawrence and Evan Lawrence; and her sibling Georgean Frantzman.
