He is survived by: his children, Linda Milligan (Michael), Russell Price (Sonia) and Stephen Price (Lorraine); his sister Dolores Rigler; his grandchildren, Michael, Amy, Shannon, Matthew, Rusty, Kathleen, Andrew, Gavin and Brandon; and his great grandchildren, Kaitlynn, Carrollyn, Ashyne, Charles, Riley, Gavin, Ruby and Wyatt.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to St. Matthew's Roman Catholic Church in Conshohocken, PA.

“Russ was a great man. I manage the Walgreen in North cape May. I loved every time he came in the store and told me about his golf game and how he’d beat my ass out on the course. We went once and my golf shoes fell apart and he told that story to everyone. I loved him. He was one of a kind.”
