She was predeceased by: her father Alexander Lepak (Richard Maffei). She is survived by: her children, Kristin Bongard (Jim Pettit) and Robert Bongard (Beth); her grandchildren, Seth and Violet; her siblings, Bob (Susan), Gary Lepak and Kathleen Boruta (Edward); her pet Cali; and also Eileen Tozour (Kenny). She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, cousins.
