She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Gordon and Louise Boyce (Warren); and her brother Fred Boyce. She is survived by: her husband Robert Jude Lavelle; her children, Kenneth G. Lavelle and Catherine Leah Ryan (Douglas); and her siblings, Jim Boyce, Judy Gourley (Bill) and Linda Forrester. She is also survived by her two granddaughters; and many nieces, nephews, and grand-nieces and grand-nephews.

The games continued during Covid via Zoom video calls.
