With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John F Thornton of Villas, New Jersey, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 7, 2021 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Thornton and Anna Thornton; his wife Margaret Thornton; and his siblings, Charles, Joe, William, Jean, Helen and Anna.
He is survived by: his sister Sally Rickards; his daughter Frances Clark of Halifax, PA.; his grandsons, Sean and Andrew; his great grandchildren, Tyler, Nicolas and John; and also John. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
