We are sad to announce that on May 7, 2023 we had to say goodbye to David Lazarczyk Jr. of Villas, New Jersey, born in Media, Pennsylvania. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Sergio and Juanita Masci. He is survived by: his uncle Stephen Cooke; his parents, Tina Kane (Kevin) and David Lazarczyk, Sr. (Cathy); his children, Sergio, Lela and Sebastian Lazarczyk; his siblings, Tiffany Domizio (Mark), Kevin Kane III, Chad Lazarczyk, Austin Lazarczyk (Autumn), John Kane (Tess), Lance Lazarczyk and Blake Lazarczyk; and his grandmothers, Catharine Jones and Mitzi Antonio. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Donations in his memory may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
