It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sam A. Galioto (Verona, New Jersey), who passed away on April 17, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Sam A. Galioto to pay them a last tribute.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Galioto; his children, Cheryl Robinson (Richard), Daniele VanderMolen (Gary) and Frank Galioto (Leslie); his siblings, Antonia Penna and Anthony Galioto; and his grandchildren, Alec VanderMolen, Nicholas VanderMolen, Dominic VanderMolen, Kaleigh Galioto, Averi Galioto, Jillian Galioto, Aimee Robinson and Wes Robinson.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Prout Funeral Home (370 Bloomfield Ave, Verona, NJ 07044). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Our Lady of the Lake Roman Catholic Church (22 Lakeside Ave, Verona, NJ 07044). A burial was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 11:15 AM to 11:30 AM at the Mount Olivet Cemetery (23 Cottage Pl, Bloomfield, NJ 07003).
