He was predeceased by: his former wife Judith A. Burd; and his brother Cecil Burd, Jr.. He is survived by: his daughters, Maria Burd, Rita Burrows (Tracy) and Nancy Timmons (Gary); his close friend Frank Klosowski, Jr.; and his grandchildren, Steven Timmons, Michael Scott, Brittany Scott and Nicole Scott.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Prout Funeral Home (370 Bloomfield Ave, Verona, NJ 07044). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
