He is survived by: his parents, Paul Richard and Dorothy Muller; his brother-in-law Ronald Bell; his wife Ruth Ann Muller (Orlando); his children, Robyn Ann Wines, Todd Norman Muller and Kristen Joy Peachey; his grandchildren, Jonathan Robert, Bailey Lynn, Ella Ruth, Isabel Grace, Luke David, Adelyn Joy and Matthew Paul Joseph; and his siblings, Marilyn Bell and Richard Muller.
