It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy R. Afflitto (Verona, New Jersey), born in Jersey City, New Jersey, who passed away on October 15, 2019, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Fields and Wilma Fields; and her sister Janet Costanzo. She is survived by: her husband Walter; her daughters, Sandy Afflitto and Charlene Thomas (Robert); and her grandchildren, John, Michael, Briana, Ashley and Carissa.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to: NYU Langone Health or the Verona Rescue Squad.
