He was predeceased by: his wife Myrna Herman; and his daughter Shelley Ayer. He is survived by: his children, Shelly, Craig Slatin (Ruth Brownstein) and Marla (Tom Regan); and his son-in-law Tom Ayer. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
