With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Judith Elinor Hartop (Verona, New Jersey), born in Pequannock, New Jersey, who passed away on March 21, 2023 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Jacobs and Mildred Jacobs. She is survived by: her husband David; her children, Jamie and Nora; and her siblings, Tom Jacobs, Sue Rubinstein (Alan), Bill Jacobs (Janice), Barbara Wilhelm (Vincent), Maureen Jacobs and Brian Jacobs (Karyn). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
