He was predeceased by: his wife Ida. He is survived by: his children, Neil Ruggiero (Cheryl), Susan Burns (Paul) and Joseph Ruggiero (Lorraine); his grandchildren, Jennifer, Christopher (Natasha), Patrick, Kristina (Stephen) and Jaclyn; his great grandchildren, Lochlan and Dash; and his sister Mildred Smith. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
