He is survived by: his spouses, Vicki Halper and Donna Halper; his children, Tara Halper, Jaret Keller, Matthew Halper, Erin Halper, Andrew Halper and Heather Halper; his stepchildren, Justin, Tali Panetz and Heather Panetz; his grandchildren, Daniel, Lyla, Louis, Alex, Benjamin Halper, Michael, Loren and Morgan Panetz; his siblings, Robert Halper, Jane Eisenstat, Steven Eisenstat, Carol Amster and Arthur Amster; and his parent Miriam Halper.
