She was predeceased by: her husband Dominick C. Testa; and her siblings, John Evanousky, Joseph Evanousky, Mary Reese, Peter Evanousky and Annie Burchess.
She is survived by: her children, Nicholas Testa (Cindy), Robert Testa (Shelly), Melinda Burns (Russell) and Mary Gough (Damon); her brother Alfonse Evanousky; and her grandchildren, Nicole Testa, Christina Testa, Michael Testa, Ashleigh Burns, Emily Burns and Aidan Gough. She is also survived by her 4 children.
