He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Belotta and Anna Belotta; and his sisters, Louise Fuorry and Rae DeNicola. He is survived by: his wife Jelsomina G. Belotta; his children, Jelsamina Nichols (David) and Anthony F. Belotta (Alicia); his grandsons, Michael Nichols, Anthony Nichols and Antonio Belotta; and his son Nathan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended relatives, and friends.
