He was predeceased by: his father James Bulger; and his brother Jimmy. He is survived by: his mother Maureen Bulger; his grandson Joey; his children, Erin (Chad Grimes) and Thomas "TJ" Bulger; his grandson Joseph Grimes; and his siblings, Stephen (Mary), Michael, Kevin (Christina), Daniel (Amy), Joseph (Erica) and Sharon (Pete). He is also survived by his numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID 19 regulations, the capacity within the funeral home is limited to 37 people.
