He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandsons, Tommy and Eric; his wife Maureen; his children, Nicole Halpin, Thomas F. Halpin, IV and Eric Halpin; his parents, Vivian Halpin and Thomas F. Halpin, Jr.; and his sister Laura Halpin.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Vernon Township Ambulance Squad, Inc, P.O. Box 236, Vernon, NJ 07462, would be appreciated.
