He was predeceased by: his parents, Sverdrup Christensen and Anna Christensen (Thorsland); his wife Eileen Christensen (Curran); and his sisters, Selma Overland and Frida Haaland.
He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Huff (David), Kara Acosta (Fred) and John Christensen; his grandchildren, Mia, Liam Acosta and Heather Huff; and his great grandchild Tessa Huff.
