He is survived by: his children, Richard Bilney (Patricia) of Stillwater, Robert Bilney of Franklin, Susan Fiske of Fort Collins, Mary Soifer (David) of Banner Elk, N. C. and Elizabeth Douglas (Barry) of Fredon; and his brothers, Harold Bilney of Sparta and Robert Bilney (Carol) of Durham, N. C. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
