He was predeceased by: his parent Robert Decker. He is survived by: his sisters, Kelly and Amy; his daughter Brooke Lynn Decker; his fiancé Christin Ann Hurley-Messina; his daughter Katelynn; his mother Susan Mills; his stepfather Tom; his sister-in-law Jolanta; his stepsister Amber; and his nieces and nephews, Robert, Derek, Aaron Evan, Fletcher, Griffin, Charles, Lauren, Amanda and Gina.
