She was predeceased by: her parents, August Azevedo and Elizabeth Azevedo (Cafone); and her significant other Max. She is survived by: her husband Bill Rixon; her children, Dean Sternik (Wendy), John Sternik (Nicole), Jennifer Arminio (Joe) and Billy Rixon (Maria); her grandchildren, Caitlin McMeen (Zach), Jordan, Brandon Sternik (Brittany), Shane, Riley, John Sternik, Jessica and Joseph Arminio; her great grandchildren, Maverick McMeen and Hazel Sternik; and her siblings, David (Claudette), Alan Azevedo (Lorraine) and Ellen Azevedo (Bob).
