He was predeceased by: his father Theodore Chletsos. He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Chletsos (Carroll); his wife Dianne Chletsos (Rizzuto); his sons, James Jr., Christian and Liam Chletsos; and his brothers, Greg (Annmarie Chletsos) and Peter Chletsos (Cheryl Davis). He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
