He was predeceased by: his brother John Maharg. He is survived by: his wife Karen Thompson; his children, Eugene Thompson (Diane), Heather Mancini (Nick), Bryonna Thompson (Matt) and Summer Thompson; and his grandchildren, Bailey, Kasey and Alli. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
