He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sr. and Dorothy (Whoy); and his brothers, John Jr., Edmund and William Sr..

He is survived by: his wife Patricia Allen (Scull); his children, Terri, Lisa, Thomas Jr. and Kelly; and his siblings, Mary, Patrick Sr. and Michael.

Contributions can be made in Thomas' memory to St. John's By the Sea Church.
