He was predeceased by: his parents, Naomi Little and Hilton Whitaker, Sr.; and his brother Ronald Whitaker (Sandra Whitaker). He is survived by: his aunt Rosa Lee; his children, Unique Davis (Niecey), Hilton Whitaker, III, Latoni Kendrick (Martin) and Megan Plummer (Christopher); his grandchildren, Jared Whitaker, William Davis, Jenee Anderson, Kiara Davis, Myles Plummer, Camrie Plummer and Hilary Whitaker; his siblings, Henry McRae, Daniel Little, Darin Little, Rhonda Talbert, Sherry McRae, Medora Little and Renee Bates; and his close friends, Robert and Cheryl Scott. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, friends and lives he.
"Champ" as he was affectionately called, continued to serve during the COVID-19 Pandemic, as he attended church in the sanctuary every Sunday to make sure his Pastor and 10 church members were taken care of.
