She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Jewelers; her granddaughter Lindsey Scalia; and her siblings, Rocco Monaco and Genevieve Guido. She is survived by: her children, Donna Scalia, Charles Scalia, Jr. and Janice Scalia (Richard Booz); her grandchildren, Alex Cardillo (Josephine), Jonathan Scalia and Stephanie Cardillo; her great grandchildren, Chiara and Lucia Cardillo; and her sister Fannie Monesteri (James).

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Loretta's name to Amedisys Hospice, 21 Main Street, Suite 253, Hackensack, NJ 07601.
