He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Levin and Betty Levin of Ramsey, NJ.; and his sister Carol Levin Watson. He is survived by: his children, Douglas Levin of Fountain Hills, AZ and Heather Murphy of San Clemente, CA; his wife Dexel; and his brothers, David Levin of Dugspur, VA and Michael Levin of Tega Cay, SC..
