She was predeceased by: her mother Louisa Mitchell; and her daughters, Jessica Griffin and Kimberly Griffin. She is survived by: her husband Walter J. Griffin Jr.; her sister Barbara Mitchell; her children, Walter J. Griffin III and Melissa Kelly (Robert Kelly); and her grandsons, Michael Kelly and Joseph Kelly.
