She was predeceased by: her former husband Wilson D. Webb MD; her parents, Thomas Baines and Emily Howell; and her brother Richard Howell. She is survived by: her husband Bruce Altschuler; and her children, Timothy Webb (Michelle) and Kelly Turner (Norm) of Rochester, MN.. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
