He is survived by: his wife Lorraine; his children, Wayne Della Volpe (Linda) and Lisa Dennin (Tim); and his grandchildren, Jessica Greenberg (Jared), Travis Volpe, Eric Della Volpe and Meghan Dennin.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Babe's name may be made to the St. Thomas the Apostle Youth Group, St. Thomas Church, Bloomfield, N.J. 07003.
