She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Shinn and Alice Shinn (Parker); her husband Tilton W. Sager; her children, Marie Sager and Leland Sager; and her brothers, Maurice and Bud Shinn.
She is survived by: her daughters, June Ingling (Keith) of Allentown and Connie Luggi of Jackson; and her brothers, Roy Shinn of Erie, PA, David Shinn (Bertha) of Washington, DC and Donald Shinn (Barbara) of Erie, PA. She is also survived by six grandchildren; eight great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
