He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Julio Pando and Maria Pando (Rojas); his wife Gladys Pando (Almache); his siblings, Cesar Pando of West Orange, NJ and Martha Pando Benavides of Paterson, NJ.; and his grandchildren, Adrian, Evan, Allison, Mia, Ian, Antonio, Lia, Emma and Chloe. He was also cherished by his three children.
