He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan Eusebio Rego and Remedios Estrada Rego; his wife Josefina; and his sisters, Carmelina, Elia, Elma and Martha.
He is survived by: his sons, Juan C. Rego, Jr. (Annamaria Rego), Jose E. Rego (Margaret Rego) and Alejandro Rego (Nancy Rego); his grandchildren, Felicia, Stephanie, Juan C., III, Alexandra, Nicolas, Daniel, Julia, Christina and Anthony Rego; and his great grandchildren, Jonathan David, Sofia Josefina and Meadow Brooke.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (stjude.org) in Juan's memory, honoring his compassionate spirit.
