She is survived by: her daughter Karen Jacobs (Kozlowsky); her son-in-law Robert Jacobs; her son Theodore Kozlowsky, Jr.; her daughter-in-law Joanne Kozlowsky; her grandchildren, Heather Keller, Alysse Jacobs, Melissa Clawson, Theodore Kozlowsky, III, Michael Kozlowsky and Daniel Kozlowsky; and her great grandchildren, Charlotte Keller, Anna Keller and Theodore Kozlowsky, IV.
