He was predeceased by: his parents, Albanus Ryland and Marian Ryland; his children, Stephen Albanus Ryland and Sue Ann Cusick; and his sisters, Doris Batturs and Patricia Shott.
He is survived by: his wife Cecile Shimko Ryland; his daughter Melissa Ryland Skrabal (Robert); his son-in-law William H. Cusick; his grandchildren, Rebecca Cusick Salierno (Nicholas), William Skrabal (Laura), Elizabeth Cusick, Robert Skrabal (Lauren), William S. Cusick (Presley), Katharine Cusick LaHart (James), Sarah Skrabal and Rachael Cusick (Michael Chaitow); and his siblings, Marian Batz and Charles Ryland. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
