It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Black Jr. in Union City, New Jersey, who passed away on July 6, 2020, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Theresa Black. He is survived by: his wife Lynn Black; his daughter Kelly Black (John Sofo); his father William Black Sr.; his sister Donna Donahue; his brother-in-law Robert Donahue; his brother Stephen Black; his niece Alicia Donahue (Ryan O'Hara); and his brother-in-law Steven Valestin. He is also survived by many cousins, friends & co-workers.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests making a donation to a nature preservation charity of your choice, to honor William's love of the outdoors, or to directly donate to the family.
