She is survived by: her children, Stephen Jacobsen of Middletown, NJ, Eileen Sabato of Norwood, NJ and Jane Jacobsen (Anthony Amato) of Monroe Twp; her grandchildren, Stacy Sabato, Erik Jacobsen, Alicia Menendez, Rob Menendez and David Jacobsen; and her great grandchildren, Sabrina, Abigail, Daniel, Dylan, Evagelina, Ofelia and Olivia.
