It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sonia Countee (Union City, New Jersey), born in Secaucus, New Jersey, who passed away on September 5, 2019, at the age of 29, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Jose Telleria, Esperanza Sanchez and Ivan Santana; and her cousin Lydia Mercedes. She is survived by: her parent Jasmin; her daughter Aubrey Countee; her husband Christopher Countee; her mother Mariana Telleria; her siblings, Raphael Castro, Steffany Garcia, Darleny Garcia and Nicole Marcelino; her adoptive mother Amarelis Garcia; her grandmother Lydia Santana; her aunts, Marisol Telleria and Altagracia Ortiz; and her close friend Ana Irastorza. She is also survived by many in-laws, uncles, aunts, cousins, nephews, nieces and friends.
