She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Viaud and Emile Viaud of Jersey City, NJ.; her sisters, Maleska, Henritte, Anita, Meme and Harriet; and her niece Adele.

She is survived by: her husband Anthony La Morte Sr. of Union City; her children, Anthony (Nancy), Michele, Michael, Jacalyn (Sergio) and Joseph (Gloria); her grandchildren, Tara (Daniel), Rachel (Jason), Anthony, Melissa (Jason), Robert (Jennifer), Ashley (Yehuriz), Marcel (Heaven), Miles and Emile; her great grandchildren, Leneah, Silas, Sydney, Jalese, Analiese, Yehuriz Jr., Calvin, Derrick, Keoni, Lyrik, Oak Lynne and Journie; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Shane, Tara and Haley. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
