He was predeceased by: his parent NJ. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Worthington of New Windsor, NY; his sons, Richard Worthington (Stacy Worthington), Christopher Worthington (Deborah Harrison) and Michael Porraspita of Middletown, NY; and his grandchildren, Emma Worthington, Mia Worthington, Owen Worthington, Justice Worthington, Kira Anderson and Ephraim Anderson.
