He was predeceased by: his wife Julia Kelly (Jespersen); his parents, Robert Kelly and Elizabeth Kelly (Johnson); his siblings, John Kelly, Robert Kelly, Edna Gallehue (Kelly), Albert Kelly, William Kelly (Dickenson) and Madeline Bataglio (Dickenson); and his granddaughter Heather Dawn LaMaster.
He is survived by: his children, George G. Kelly (Grace Ann Kelly), Kathleen LaMaster (Kelly) and Maureen Light (William R. Light III); and his grandchildren, Sarah Favara (John), Robert Kelly (Nicole), Grace Ann Kelly (Kenneth Valley), Victoria Montoya (Juan), Kelly LaMaster (Cecilia), William R. Light IV and Alexander Rives Light (Kellie).
