He is survived by: his spouse Teresa (Avella); his children, Antonio (Dr), Janelle, Frances Guardascione (Carlo) and Paola Amato (Dave Pearce); his siblings, Ermenia Ceravalo, Giulia De Virgilio and Romilda Pezzimento; and his grandchildren, Bella, Luca, Carolina and Carlo.

In lieu of flowers, family reqests donations be made to St. Jude's Hospital.
