He is survived by: his friend Robert Parker; his former wife Joy Ema Christensen; his daughter Lily Grace; his wife Lori Ann Dalton-Massie; his daughters, Elizabeth and Stephanie; his granddaughters, Sophia and Emma; his friends, Zubin Mehta, Hari Ganne and Kyle Flandrau; his brother Billy Milano; his siblings-in-law, James, Robert Dalton and Stacy (John); his nephews, Michael, Nicholas Bodtmann and Brian McKenna Charles; and also Carlo Russo.
