He is survived by: his mother Barbara Mielnicki of Keyport; his grandmother Barbara Mielnicki of Hillside; his girlfriend Kelli Martisch of Union Beach; his daughters, Isabella of Union Beach, Olyvia of Union Beach and Ameliana Mielnicki of Union Beach; his siblings, Kevin Mielnicki of East Brunswick and Jessica; his brother-in-law Jamie Lopes of Freehold; his niece Juliana; his nephews, Jake and Jackson Lopes of Freehold; his aunts and uncles, Denise Vaccaro of Forked River, Deborah Mielnicki, Pat Jemas of Metuchen and Larry Mielnicki of New York; his close friends, Angel Resto and Kevin Benette; and his friend James Lawson.
