He is survived by: his wife Connie Smith (Allotta); his child Sean Michael Smith (Shannon, Laura Ann); his siblings, James Smith, Peggy Whiteside, Tom Smith, Raymond Smith, Jack Smith and Mary Elizabeth Smith; and his mother-in-law Mary Ann Allotta.
