He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul and Margaret; and his siblings, Mark Smith and Maureen Smith. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Smith; his stepdaughters, Desiree of Union Beach and Dawn Marie Durkin of Union Beach; his granddaughter Alexia Paige Ortiz; and his siblings, Ellen Smith of Brick, Patricia Smith of Brick and John Smith of Keyport.
Due to the current COVID-19 crisis his family will have a private service for the immediate family.
