With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Manuel Rivera of Union Beach, New Jersey, who passed away on December 22, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alberto Federico Rivera and Inez Isabelle Rivera; his brothers, Alberto, Eddie Washington, Gil and Jorge Rivera; and his cousin Alfonso Rivera.
He is survived by: his wife Hilda De Rivera; his daughters, Lorena Wilson (Keith) of Brentwood, TN and Magaly Milton (Michael); his grandchildren, Mark Wilson, Jules Rivera-Garcia, Scott Wilson and Jillian Milton; and his sister Gloria Mercedes Martinez.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Evergreen Memorial Funeral Home (1735 NJ-35, Middletown Township, NJ 07748). A celebration of life was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 6:30 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St Joseph's (376 Maple Pl, Keyport, NJ 07735).
