He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Antonio and Nicolasa Muniz (Pagan); and his siblings, Daisy Calcano, John Muniz, Manuel Muniz Jr. and Ralph Muniz.
He is survived by: his wife Fe Milagros "Millie" Muniz; his children, Christopher Muniz (Lizabeth) of Zionsville, Michael Muniz (Dana) of Hazlet and Angela Bennett (Joseph) of Hazlet; his sister Grace Clapsis of Tom's River; and his grandchildren, Luke Bennett, Jackson Muniz, Jake Bennett, Abilene Muniz and Reid Muniz.
