He is survived by: his mother Charlotte Boardwick of Union Beach; his children, Crystal Boardwick of Hazlet, Jordan Knapp of North Carolina and Reaghan Knapp (Adrienna Knapp) of Hazlet; his grandchildren, Annabelle Clark and Logan Knapp; and his siblings, Thomas (Adrian Boardwick) of Middletown, Frank (Kathy Boardwick) of Keyport, Carol Boardwick of Hazlet, Robert and Karen Boardwick of Union Beach.
